我查了一下：I have a brief look at mangakakalot.com 25 and manganelo.com 14. They both share the same nameservers, so might be operated by the same person. They are both referencing images from subdomains under mkklcdnv6.com 28, which has different nameservers, so might be operated by somebody else. The image domain appears to have nothing but images, and I cannot find any websites on that domain. It appears to be using Cloudflare solely for serving images.
Section 2.8 of the terms of service 9 state:
Use of the Services for serving video or a disproportionate percentage of pictures, audio files, or other non-HTML content is prohibited
It would appear to be a clear violation of the terms as the domain is serving nothing but images. Only the operator of the mentioned websites can do anything to resolve this issue.
